Swedish Relaxation Massage

*This is a European style of massage focusing on relaxation. Smooth gliding strokes with light to medium pressure are used to stimulate circulation and ease tension in the muscle. GREAT FOR STRESS RELIEF.

Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage

*Targets your individual problem areas and conditions, using medium to deep pressure. Stretching, pressure points and other advanced techniques are used as needed. GREAT FOR CHRONIC PAIN. Sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myofacial release techniques.

60 minutes- $60

90 minutes- $90
