We offer 24- hour fitness in two convenient locations serving northeast Lauderdale, northwest Limestone counties, & south Lawrence county in Tennessee.

Our location on Hwy 72 at Riverscape we offer a variety of aerobic classes, top notch weight-lifting system, protein smoothie bar, coffee bar, locker rooms with the following: sauna, showers, lockers, and restrooms. 

Your body is the only place YOU have to live.

You only get one of them and they are temporary.
